Job description

KRUKO is looking for an experienced and committed HR Business Partner who will be responsible for planning the career path of the company's employees, organizing training to expand their competencies, as well as evaluating performance and recruiting new employees. If you have a good understanding of business functions, sufficient communication and interpersonal skills as well as strategic thinking and good organizational skills, then join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and supporting employee development
  • Managing the employment process
  • Reporting on HR activities
  • Conducting and managing the employee evaluation process
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of candidates
  • Cooperation with other managers and employees
  • Creating department’s budget and monitoring its implementation (employment plan, salary plan, training plan)
  • Coordinating recruitment projects
  • Managing internships
  • Providing counseling on the company’s policies and procedures
  • Monitoring employee performance
  • Creation, implementation and management onboarding plans

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Additional training/certification in HR Management – may be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • High interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
  • High proficiency in English
  • Ability to plan and organize work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
